This Java Sketch from Cinderella represents Two-views of parallel lines. One view is in the "typical" Euclidean Plane. The parallel lines here NEVER meet. The definition of parallel lines is: lines that extend in the same direction and are the same distance apart at every point. While on a sphere (as in our world) parallel lines will intersect at exactly two points.
