Bethel Teachers/Volunteers, Spring 2008
A total of 35 students were reported on in Fall 2007 and 22 students in Spring 2008.

Each student is assigned a score of 1 for yes, and 0 for no, for each of the four aspects of attitude. The chart below shows the proportion of Yes scores for Fall 2007 and Spring 2008.

The data show an increase in ratings of the students from Fall 2007 to Spring 2008 for most of the program aspects, with the exception of a minor decrease in attitude toward the program.
It was also possible to obtain a .positive disposition. score for each student. That is, a student obtaining a positive disposition score of 4 received yes ratings from teacher/volunteer on all four categories.
The chart below summarizes the positive disposition scores for the students in Fall 2007 and Spring 2008, suggestion an increase in positive student disposition from fall to spring.

Teacher/volunteers were also asked to report the subject on which each student spent most time during the after school program. In Spring 2008, English/reading were reported being most studied.
