I wished I was contacted sooner that she would attend.
Explanation (why my child will do better in school) SummerREFs helped her/him in the following ways Summer REFs could be improved in the following ways
REMS gave him/her a "heads up" about next year (mentioned 7 times) She has become more expressive during her conversationsPossible longer hours and extended time period
Provided improvement in areas of academic weakness (5 times) Yes more understanding (5 times)Keep them in longer!!
The places in which he wasnt doing well, he should be improving. Academically and it has been encouraging towards her future goals.
Improved understanding, better prepared for school (2 times) To be more focused (3 times)Its just fine
Became more interested in reading/did more reading (5 times) Gave her a heads up as to what to expectA bus at the half way point
Became more interested in math (2 times) Reading/ Looking up definitions/ Reviewing Math skillsRaise expectations! Push the students to do more! My son has done everything that you have covered 2+ 3 years ago
Became more motivated to learn (2 times) I really cant think of any at this point and time. Thank you for all your work
Understanding more concepts about and reading
I think she will know what to look forward to in the fall. It taught him how to write better
I feel that this program has improved her learning abilities and outlook on High School. The presence at the H.S. during the program has alleviated her fears of H.S.
