Bloom REFs Teacher Survey Summer 07

REFs is a summer program that is designed to help preparing incoming freshmen to be successful in English/Reading and mathematics.

The table below summarizes the number of students reported on by their teachers in Summer 2007.

As the chart below shows, the teachers tended to agree that, by and large, the REFs students were attentive.

Similarly, the teachers tend to agree the students were ready to learn.

As noted below, the REFs students are reported to be regular in class attendance.

By and large, as the teachers report, REFs students got along well with others.

Overall, the teachers report that the REFs students participated in class.

Overall the teachers reported that the students made good progress in English/reading while progress in mathematics was more mixed.
