STEMX (STEM Explorers)

StemX is a program designed to promote Engineering at Illinois to students admitted into University of Illinois engineering programs as well as to high school students interested in pursuing careers in STEM. It will take place on November 11th, 2017 from 10:00am to 5:00pm at the University of Illinois at Urbana Champaign. This year's program will focus on the following four topics in Engineering:

  • Entrepeurship
  • Internet of Things (IoT)
  • Medicine
  • Sustainability

Each of these topics will be explored in detail through hands on work shops and tech talks with students currently at the University of Illinois dealing with that respective field of S.T.E.M.

The cost of the workshop is $10.00 and will cover food, workshop materials, and a t-shirt provided to all attendees. To register, see the StemX registration page, or visit the StemX website for more information.
