  • In this lesson, students will investigate how natural objects can become tesselations and create their own.
Day 3 Activity 1: Patterns in Music

Activity 2: Finding Patterns in Haiku

  • In this lesson, students will experiment with rhythm by clapping along to the beat.
  • In this lesson, students will investigate patterns involved in haikus and write their own.
Day 4 Activity 1: Pascal's Triangle Lesson

Activity 2: A Visual Representation of the Fibonacci Sequence

  • In this lesson, students will discover how patterns can be used to solve problems by learning Pascal's Triangle.
  • In this lesson, students will continue their investigation of Pascal's Triangle through an art project.
